With an ever-growing workforce requiring onsite training, particularly in our technical support department, we’ve opened up a new training facility at our Manchester head office in Trafford Park. M247 has always had a good relationship with our regional universities, who regularly provide us with talented and well trained graduates, but there’s always a need to update their skills and develop their appreciation of why customer care is so important.
We now have everything in place to train or present to up to fifty people at a time and our on-site catering means we can accommodate extended training periods with minimal distraction. As you might expect, the facility has all of the latest audio-visual technologies and these are so good, one of our humorous staff members revealed hidden karaoke skills as he began to sing into the microphone!
A number of our neighbours have expressed an interest in using the facility, not only for training their own staff but also for presenting to their customers. With our secure onsite parking, fast connectivity and IP telephony, we’ve decided to make this facility available for hire by our own customers. Anyone else further afield who might be interested in making use of this should call our switchboard and ask about our terms.
